The primary school, the Kocahıdır Ilk Ögretim Okulu. The construction of the Kocahıdır Elementary School started in 1904 with the encouragement and support of the Sanjak Director Galip Pasha, it was started by the local aid and the Foundations Administration, and it was opened to education in 1906.
