On the web I found: The mosque is opposite the Harran Gate. He has two inscriptions. It is written on the inner door inscription that the son of Mustafa, Hacı Abdurrahman Efendi, had the building repaired. The repair was completed in 1720 (Hijri 1133). There is another inscription, but it is claimed when the bath and its surroundings in Yıldız Square were demolished, a hotel in question was also demolished and its epitaph was placed in this mosque. On the mosque itself it is stated the mosque was built to let people pray if they found Harran Gate closed.
