The mosque, thought to date from the 16th century, is mentioned as the Salori Mosque in Evliya Çelebi's Seyahatname (Travel Book). The mosque has a rectangular plan and is covered with a flat roof over a black ashlar-stone slab. The prayer hall, extending east-west, consists of two bays parallel to the mihrab.” On the web I found also: “It was built in 1555. A section of it was demolished during road widening works in 1955.”
