From a Turkish site: It is thought to have been built before 1718. The entrance is under the minaret. A courtyard and the mosque proper are on a first floor, reached by steps. A notice iondicates the minaret belong to the original mosque (a date of 1719 is given). The rest seems to have been restored, as mention is made of reinforced concrete.
I climbed the stairs but found the exterior, as seen from Kurtuluş Caddesi, the best part.
