This is a "monument for a sunken ship", it is a 100-fold enlarged copy of a silver sculpture that was on an exhibition concerning a project to design the Konak Square Project. Ordered by the late Mayor Ahmet Pristina it was ready in 2005. It was sculptured by Bihrat Mavitan. It is enjoyed by children and grown-ups alike and is "stranded" in the sand along the sea, a bit north of the Konak ferry pier.
